There are many paths in the world. There are many roads that you can take and it’s not quite as simple as when you come to a crossroads to make sure you take one. It’s more complicated than that. There’s the path of the world and then there’s the path of the true human being. There are degraded paths and there are exalted paths. It is within our makeup to be able to go on exalted paths.
Animals don’t have the capacity to take exalted paths. They certainly have the capacity to take degraded paths. Well, we have the capacity to take exalted paths but we also have the capacity to take degraded paths. We need to know the difference and which way to go. Allah loves His creation. He loves all of it in the way that he loves. Like that, for our life to become exalted, the first thing that we need to do is to understand love and begin to love. If we can love, that love becomes what exalts our life. Now we have a life with love.
That love does certain things for us. That love takes us to the exalted nature of peace. Peace also moves us forward. When we have peace we can begin to understand and commune with the qualities of Allah.
The exalted nature of the qualities of Allah allow us to understand the exalted nature of God’s justice. God’s justice is at another level of being than the way we ususally understand things. The explanation of the understanding of that judgement is the exalted nature of wisdom.
It takes us to the point where we are beyond illusory understandings but enter into undertandings that aren’t based on what is seen alone, but are based on the justice of Allan… are based on the qualities of Allah… that are based on the love of Allah. Once that wisdom is understood, the exaltedness of that takes us to the understanding of the light that is Allah. Understanding that light, coming into that level, will take us into the kingdom of Allah. Being in the kingdom brings a certain grace, a certain rahmat, a certain purity to us. That purity allows us to truly begin and try to fathom our creator; to move after our creator; to try and know our creator.
